Build: 5'3", slight frame, but quite muscular upper body from years of using a bow
Hair: sun lightened red-brown, usually kept in medium short layers
Eyes: grey, almost colorless near the iris, deepening to near black around the rim

Identifying marks/scars: scar from an arrow wound on her back. The result of a...minor disagreement.
Clothing: Bow chooses colors to suit her surroundings. If she's in the woods, muted greens and browns. Among the stones of a cave system or the Weyr, she's likely in greys or dusty shades. She tends to always wear a hooded mantle, flipping the hood up when she doesn't want her face seen.
Accessories: Rarely ever without a bow nearby. Knife in each boot, and a spare bow string in her pocket. Comes in handy when someone needs a bit of persuading with a line around the neck.

Personality:
Though slight, Bow is quite fierce. Her temper is quick, though she does not show it, and long lasting. She can never completely relax, always on the lookout for danger. Her devotion to her brother and her hatred of dragonriders are the driving forces in her life. She has never allowed herself to have a serious relationship with anyone, seeing it as a weakness. She goes by Bow, telling few her real name, unwilling to risk the danger that could bring upon herself or her family.
History:
Shortly after Bow's birth, her parents' wagon train was destroyed by raider, killing the pair of them. Leaving his infant sister and six turn old brother in the care of a holder, her brother, Boranis, tracked the raiders down and killed their leader, becoming de facto leader with that action. A turn later, the group, children in tow, moved to the South to set up operations there without the watchful eyes of the dragonriders.
Six turns later, on the verge of a deal that would set Boranis' establishment as THE main blackmarket organization in the South, with designs on the North, the appearance of a queen dragon in the sky caused his partner to renege on the deal. After they captured the injured goldrider, a bronze appeared to fetch her back. Between his dragon's flaming and his own deadly knives, combined with the previous fighting with the other raiders, Boranis' organization was fairly well wiped out. He and four others escaped into the wilds, leaving behind a dead brother and numerous close friends.
The hatred can be quickly fostered in the young, and so it was with Bow. Under the encouragment of her brother, a thirst for revenge grew in the young girl. Already keen of eye and quick of hand, she took to the bow as easy as breathing, determined to use it against all dragonriders, were she given the chance.
Once she was old enough, she was rarely far from Boranis' side, becoming one of his closest advisors even at a young age. Though she didn't quite possess the same ruthlessness as her brother, few are willing to anger her. Fair fighting was something reserved for holders. A person could wind up with an arrow in the back if she were crossed in any way.
Since Red Star Weyr was formed in her seventeenth turn, she has worked with anyone willing to bring it down.
