MAY 2002. Congratulations to all involved as Red Hot Theatre won the Maidenhead Drama Festival. The play Tissue won the Festival with Think coming a close second. Think also won best original piece. Well done Red Hot Theatre. SUNDAY 10TH MARCH 2002. Excitement is in the air as Red Hot Theatre counts down to its first production on Wednesday night. We hope that you can come and support us and are confident that you will find it an entertaining and rewarding night out. We are into the closing stages of our rehersals and things are going very well. We have painted the rostrums and had a photo shoot for the Maidenhead Advetrtiser. We look forward to seeing you next week for our performaces of Tissue and Think. TUESDAY 5TH FEBRUARY 2002. The rehersals for our upcoming productions are moving along well, and the first joint rehersal for the cast of Tissue & Think will be taking place this Thursday night. Today, we have added details to this website of The Slough Homeless Run, who we will be supporting in our next production. The piece is written by Phyllis Wallbank, who runs the charity. SATURDAY 5TH JANUARY 2002 Well its the new year so happy new year to everyone. We are now begginning full rehersals for TISSUE and THINK, to be ready for March 13th & 14th. The first proper rehersal for TISSUE went well with the director being very pleased with how it went. They got as far as blocking the first third of the play, and look forward to meeting up again to complete the blocking. 2002 will be a big year for us and we hope that you support our productions, as we try to make Red Hot Theatre a group that will be known for quality and thought provoking theatre. |
