if you are not satisfied with your goods
then we will refund your money if the goods are returned in their original
condition within 10 days. the customer will incur the postage fees. safe
return of the goods is the responsibility of the customer. we strongly
advise that you get a free certificate of posting from the post office
when you return your goods to ensure you are protected if the parcel goes
missing.
should your items arrive damaged please
contact us as soon as possible to discuss whether we should issue replacements
or a refund.
