-A Different Kettle Of Fish-
Stalefish began playing together in late 2001.  At first they had small amps and played a few pop punk covers from bands such as Sum 41 and Blink 182.  They played their first gig infront of about 150 people at their school as a support act, wiping the floor with the headliners due to their onstage energy which Subway lacked.  They played covers by bands such as Muse, American Hi-Fi and New found glory.  The next day at school Luke's solo of 'Plug In Baby' had made him a lot of friends!
Their second gig was sharing the bill with much bigger local names such as Dickweed, No Hope and Confusion and they played well, but still playing mainly punk songs although they had added 'Sweet Child Of Mine' to their set showing their amazing potential.
Stalefish recently played a battle of the bands with several other bands much more established and beat them to second place by just three points off the leaders.
Stalefish are soon to be heading into the studio to record a five track demo of their own material so watch out for them in the very near future.
