A $25.00 late fee will be imposed for every
monthly payment received more than five days beyond its due
date. This policy will be strictly enforced.

FEES
A non-refundable registration fee of $100.00 is charged upon
registration for each new school year. An annual student activity
fee of $200.00 is charged on September 1st of the school year.
This fee covers activities such as in-house assemblies, consumable
music and art supplies, seasonal festivities, individual classroom
incentives, etc.
ENRICHMENT PROGRAM
See course descriptions for more information. Descriptions
will be available two weeks prior to the start of each quarter.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Tuition payments are due on the first day of each month. Child
care fees must be paid in full each week. If a child's account
payment is two weeks past due, the child will not be permitted
to return to school until payment is received. A $25.00 fee
will be charged for a returned check. A $25.00 late fee will
be imposed for every monthly payment received more than five
days beyond its due date.
SCHOLARSHIP FUNDS
Limited scholarship opportunities are available for children
in Grades K - 6 based upon financial need. Please ask at the
main office for an application. All applications must be handed
in before June 1st for the following school year. No scholarship
applications will be accepted after this date.
WITHDRAWAL
Should either the school or the parents find withdrawal
of a student necessary, several things are required:
1. The parent should receive a letter of transfer from the
Raynor Country Day School.
2. The parent should see that all textbooks, library books
and any other school materials are returned to the school;
all of the student's personal belongings should be obtained
from the school.
3. The parents must pay all outstanding debts.
4. Those three items being accomplished, and Raynor Country
Day School having received a request for an official transcript,
Raynor Country Day School will forward transcript to the receiving
school.
PAYMENT IN CASE OF WITHDRAWAL FROM PROGRAM
Each child is enrolled for the entire year. There will be
no refunds.
