The purpose of this web site is to find total health on all levels: spiritual, intellectual, emotional, and physical. A healthy spirit equals a healthy mind and a healthy mind equals a healthy body. So, we need to look beyond the physical for explanations of illness and unbalance in our bodies and minds; because, we are more than just physical beings.

There is so much yet to be discovered, please join me in this exciting adventure.

As I work on my own healing and spiritual growth, I will share what feels good and true for me and post the results. I will also use links and references so that you can review and extract what feels true for you.
