Another photo of the group plodding along slowly up the icy slope to Sankonomiya. To keep to the trail, we followed some red ribbons tied to the trees above where the trail should be without all the snow. I had expected all the snow to be gone like in the previous years, so when we hit all this snow, everyone gave me heaps. Thanks guys.
