On Collages and Copyright

Okay, okay, some of the images I used for the collages are not mine. I got them from magazines, junk mail, catalogs and from the Internet. I am not claiming each singular image as mine. What is mine is the over-all image, the total picture. What Is mine is how I put these disparate single images, cast-offs, found items, together to show my personal sense of style.

Do you have a problem with that? You think I stole your work? I infringed on your copyright?

CHILL, LIFE IS TOO SHORT!

If you think I used your image just e-mail me and I will acknowledge you on this website. Fair enough? I am a single mother with three children and an aging mother to take care of. I suffer from four life-threatening illnesses. I have a full time job. I m a road warrior Ð a commuter who drives 130 miles every day, through the Bay Bridge, the Carquinez Bridge and I-80, one of the worst , most congested highways in the nation (one of the most beautiful views in the world, though) . If I have the time I will but alas I have no time to call each and every person to ask permission if I can use that image. Plus some of the images have been collected over a period of time, which makes it next to impossible to trace back their origins.
