Raven asks that submissions be well-written. Pieces that explore gender, sexuality, culture, spirituality and taboo or non-traditional topics are encouraged, as are experimental forms and mixed media. Swearing OK.

POETRY: should be single-spaced.

FICTION/NONFICTION/ARTICLES/ESSAYS: should be less than or equal to two pages, double spaced.

VISUAL ART: Raven welcomes paintings, sketches, photography, etc. Work should be in the form of JPEGS and GIFS. Include title, size, medium and artist's statement (if applicable).
