Literary Words of Edward M. Corpus

The protagonist is not your usual young and handsome romantic lead, but is instead a non-descript and all-too-ordinary man in the throes of middle age.  He is surely an unlikely hero, until a bomb blast leaves him severely injured and suddenly painfully aware of psychic clairvoyant abilities he has long denied.

When a woman friend is brutally murdered in the manner he foresaw, he must collaborate with strange unlikely allies.  A former Special Forces operative investigating child abuse, a Native American shaman, a pair of lesbian private investigators, a beautiful transsexual and a Cao Dai priest challenge his sense of identity and tolerance.  He is compelled to dig deep within to confront painful memories of the past -- and face the gravest dangers of the present and future.
