CAPTAIN TSUBASA CHAPTER ZERO : THE ORIGINAL STORY |
This was inside the NETTO SPECIAL, a special book published by Shonen Jump on the 10th of August of 1985. In fact, the story was written much sooner than that, even before the series itself. In Winter, 1980, by a 19 year old Takahashi Sensei. Nostalgic and classic. The style, the details, the plot, the characters...Everything is in its place, even though it was something like a "test" material. I guess it was a pilot chapter, something he used to test how popular his project would become. And the results, everybody knows.
