14 February 2009 - The Swimathon was held at Wylie's, but the Annual Picnic at Botany Pool was postponed to the following week due to inclement whether. Congratulations to the fastest swimmer, Hannah Smith, and the fastest senior, Thorsten Trupke. Sponsorship money can be handed to the Treasurer, Janice Morris. Swimathon results may be found here.
13 February 2009 - 20 Members swam in the Jim Lawler Trophy hosted by the Coogee Randwick RSL Swimming Club at Wylie's Baths.
23-25 January 2009 - 42 Club members enjoyed a weekend away to Myuna Bay Sport and Recreation Centre. Handicap races were held on the Saturday in the pool at the Centre. On the Sunday members participated in canoeing, sailing, archey and rogaining.
20 December 2008 - Santa made a visit to Wylie's Baths to distribute Christmas bags to the younger members. Photos were taken and are available for sale at $2. The Christmas Dash was won by Lachlan Small and Tim Green.
29 November 2008 - The Club entered 35 swimmers and 8 teams in the Coogee Ocean Swims. In the 2.4km event Cheryl Daly came 4th in her category, Joanne Court 6th, Max Mison 9th and the Wylie's Aces (Cheryl Daly, Toby Harrison, Julian McDowall and Max Mison) were the 7th fastest team. In the 1km event Anne Gately came 1st in her category, Penny Weiss 2nd, Denise Smith 3rd, Janice Morris 4th and the Wylie's Blue Bottles (Anne Gately, Aleks Konakov, Stephanie Morris and Tom Raeside) were the 2nd fastest team. 4 October 2008 - Swimming starts back at Wylie's Baths. Be there from 8am to register and bring your membership form.
7 May 2008 - The Club's AGM and Presentation Night was held at the Coogee Surf Club. Perpetual trophy winners may be found here. The Club's 2007/08 Annual Report is available here.
29 March 2008 - The final swim week of the season. An end of season BBQ was held after races and the brace relay was won by John McGann and Geoff Taylor.
