Created a whatsnew.html page and updated it (rrj).

Created the projects.html page (rrj).

Created the batteries.html page linked to it from the projects.html page (rrj).

Added the projects.html and whatsnew.html to the navigation bar and updated all pages with the new nav bar (rrj).
