I'm sort of standing in the creek bed looking up the hill at the, um, barn (?) Maybe it's better to call it a stall. It's really just a large shack with three sides and a thing to stick hay in (Kris is going to have to edit this, my horse terminology is really bad).

Kris is imagining how many different ways to expand the horse's hangout. This is taken about two minutes before we discovered a rather large rat taking up residence inside. I don't think Squirt (our cat) could take him. You can see the gate (behind Roxy) and the back of the tack room (which is part of the long garage/shop/tack room building).
