RANADA L. JONES

   Hi! My name is Ranada as you already know. I am a attending the University of North Carolina at Pembroke , I am studying Criminal Justice here and I hope to pursue a career in the near future in Juvenile Justice , because I would really would like to work with kids who have problem taking orders from their parents or who just happen to wonder off with the wrong crowds. I am twenty one and  I am about 5' 3" tall and I weigh about one hundred and fifteen pounds and the rest you can see from the picture.I work part time at the TEXAS STEAKHOUSE&SALOON as a server I've been working their for about 6 months now and I really like it thus far especially when the cash flows in at the end of the night but mainly I love interacting with the guests and the people I work with this is a good way to meet new people and to make new friends that will last a lifetime.
    I  reside here in Pembroke, which this is where I've been all of my life, My parents are married and they both work , I have one sister who is in the U.S. Navy and has been so for the past seven years, I have one brother who is a construction worker and who's married and has an one year old baby boy by the name of Jordan, and boy he's a cuttie! I really enjoy the university  here but sometimes I wish that I would have went to a two year technical  school because the pressure sometimes gets to me  and I just feel like calling it quits,but I remind myself that I've came to far now to just give it all up! No one really understands how hard it is for a college student to work part time and to attend classes regularly with passing grades, there's times when I don't get home until about twelve o'clock and by the time I finish studying for the next day it may be two!  But I'm hanging on , I get up every day telling myself that it won't be much longer before I'll have that degree and I'll be out there in the work force. This is a sure fire way to make use of my education and to help those parents out who have troubled teens.
