Miller was a great tackle at the price they were paying him in 99, but a horrible tackle if you have to make him one of the top ten paid tackles in the NFL to keep him.

Everything is relative to the cap... talent vs. dollars is what it boils down to. There is no way we will ever see a superbowl team keep all their players...you just can not do it! People put more value on a player that has "been there" all other things being equal!

I did not want to lose Miller.

But I heard him on KFNS Wednesday  morning saying how he would give the Rams the right to match an offer. I found it interesting to say the least.. normally guys on the market do not grant live interviews.. that does show me some class!

But hey, if we could not afford him... so oh well....
