You can't sleep at night.
You get up at three in the morning to go to the bathroom, when suddenly you remember the
Rams game on Sunday! You cant resist the urge to click on the puter and read what's going
on in the HERD message board. It may take 1, 2, or 3 hours but you HAVE to read from the
very message that you left off from last time! Now, its 6:00 am and your not tired because your pumped about the Rams and the things you just read. It was all so positive that you feel like you just consumed enough caffeine to choke a horse! You lie back down in bed, but visions of Bruce, Hakim, Holt and Marshall running to the end zone are all you can think of! Time to turn on Sports Center!! Now you jump in the shower and you ponder whether certain player will step up and make an impact in the game, you wonder whether injured players will play or not. You wonder..... what time is it? Your Late!! If you have access to a computer at work, well for get about it, there is no way you can concentrate on boring work when the Rams Update board is just a URL away! (I know that I need to get back to work, ok, just one more thread!) You get off for an hour at work for lunch, the other guys want to go out for something to eat, while you are happy to just sit in the office and FINALLY have some time to yourself on the Rams Herd board without worrying about that pesky boss coming in a interrupting your reading!! (He's coming, close the browser!!) Dinner is spent watching Sports Center or NFL tonight, and after that, you like to pop in a video of the last Rams game. (if you got it, you DO, DONT YOU!?) You see the kids playing with their video game system, and you make a point of it to commandeer that machine later for a few games of Madden or Game Day, while the everyone else is in bed!! You don't have any kids? That's even better! (One more opportunity to see the RAMS kick butt!!) Of course, there will be no sleep until you check back in to the Herd and see what's going on while you have been away for a whopping 3 1/2 hours! (Way to LONG!) FINALLY, after a long day of information overload, you finally wind down to go to sleep. Of course, your dreams will be Ram related whether you notice or not. Sometimes you dream about maidens, buckets of custard, and DONKEYS?!?) ZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz........ Wait....... What time is it........ Got to go to the bathroom........ The Rams play on Sunday...... Got to find out what's going on with the Herd!! And it all starts over again. Go Fn Rams!! |
