There's a rock station here
in Atlanta, 96 Rock, that has a morning show with a couple of fellas that call themselves
the "Regular Guys." I don't normally listen to them since I am usually at work
before they come on, but I am off today and was driving around flipping stations when I
landed on 96 Rock and heard them talking about next week's game. They were arguing about
who was going to win. Like I said, this is an Atlanta based show. One guy was saying that the Rams were going to win and that the Falcons just can't keep up. The other guy was saying that he had an inside source with the team that said that they can stop Warner because he locks on his receivers. The only reason he gets away with it is because he is quick. (Yeah, right, that's why seven different receivers catch the ball in a game.) The other guy wanted to know who this inside source was. Keith Brooking was the reply. Also, the fellow who thinks the Falcons will win said that Chandler will be back and the defense has the advantage of having seen the Rams receivers already. To which the other one replied "Yeah, the backs of their jerseys". See, we're even making believers out of disk jockeys here in Atlanta. |
