The NFL rejected
Marshall's wish to wear a No. 34 jersey in memory of Walter Payton, so instead he is
donating $340 for every touchdown he scores this season to the American Liver Foundation
as his own special way to honor late Chicago Bears running back Walter Payton. So far the donations are up to $3,060. Faulk's Foundation is offering a chance to meet Marshall and win his autographed items. Depending on the size of their contributions, donors to the Lift For Life Gym's "Help Carry The Ball" campaign will receive gifts from Marshall. For info call 314-436-2337. |
