I feel I have to tell what I saw and really feel was the Rams problem against the Lions.

I live in Canada right across the river from Detroit I  have been a Rams fan for 30 yrs. I attended the game. I was on the 45 yd. line row 17,  thrilled to be behind the Rams bench.

What I saw was that Warner and the team really had a hard time dealing with  the noise. I go to several Lions games a year and have NEVER heard it this loud.

If you remember in the game the Rams used 2 time outs early because of  the noise. All I remember is the Rams going on a  quick count to counter the noise. I could see Warner was really affected by this. I will watch the next few games to see how much audibling the Rams do to get a better bearing on this,  but I can tell you this---there was not one audible by the Rams that whole game.

I  thought about the game a lot on the drive home. There were so many times that the Rams came out in a 2 back I formation and the Lions put 8 in the box to stop the run and the Rams just ran anyway. If  you think about it, if they couldn't call an audible to the wide receivers, if Warner hand signalled them the line men who were set would not have seen it.

I think this was all new to the whole team because in the past no one really cared if the Rams were coming to town. Now it's an  event. Experence is all that's needed---watch the great Rams on Sunday. It will be a completely different game from the last 2. Go Rams!
