The Rams are an extremely important part of my life.....though does not mean that I live vicariously through the Rams....nor do I mean they rise above the love and responsibilities I give to my family---they do not even come close to that.  None the less, the Rams are for me a life long symbol of certain virtues and ethics that I place tremendous value on. Oh I have cursed them, <smile>, and cursed them vehemently.  I even cursed them at points during the game Sunday.......foolishly, I admit.

Unable to sit home and watch the game, I took to the road and listened on the radio,  something I am prone to do when I am feeling extreme anxiety.  As the fourth quarter started I parked behind my equipment shop, turned the radio up, and began frantically pacing up and down a ditch bank.. More than once I collapsed on my knees with rage or elation as the Rams got an interception, or got that last TD to Bruce.

But whatever happens...being a fan since the 1950's I think  proves  beyond a doubt that I'm in this for the long haul,  come good or bad!  <smile>
