Seems like everyone is looking for reasons to dismiss the Rams.  Battrng Ram found this nugget by Chris Jenkins in TSN. Here is the nugget:

"And none of the NFC's surprise teams appear to pose a real threat. The Redskins? On the plus side, they won a shootout with the Panthers Sunday. On the minus side, they were in a shootout with the Panthers. The Lions have faded. The Rams? Please. I'd like to say something like "wake me when they beat somebody worth beating." But with that schedule, I might end up sleeping until the first round of the playoffs."

Battrng Ram's Reply:

Chris, your stink with the Rams is getting tired. I read your article this morning claiming that now the Rams haven't beaten anybody.

Why are the Redskin any more legit than the Rams? Brad Johnson (World League) was also an unknown when he emerged for the Vikings....much in the way Warner has now for the Rams. Is Stephen Davis (the Skins back just in case you don't know which wouldn't surprise me) a better back than Marshall Faulk?

Lord knows the Skins and Cowboys don't have very strong defenses. The Rams for years have a had a strong defense but no support from an inept offense. Last year the unit was ranked 10th in the league and was 4th in sacks. That defense should be even stronger with an offense that scores 28pts by half-time. Other than Deion there is not a position on defense that the Cowboys are stronger than the Rams.

I challenge you to do your homework..and stop the bashing of a team that is 3-0 and outscored its opponents 100 to 27.

The Rams shredded two very good defenses in Atlanta and Baltimore...and absolutely pulverized a horrible Bengal team. I mean my god man did you not see the Falcon defense give the Cowboys offense all they could handle in that Monday night game only to lose on turnovers?

You do have a point about the Rams schedule but your the silly one that said the Saints were better. You should have looked at the Rams schedule when making predictions! A good writer does that.

By the way who have the Cowboys or Redskins beaten? Lets see. The Skins lost to Dallas who was missing Deion Sanders, Kevin Smith, Quetin Coryatt, and Leon Lett, they beat a Giants team that can't score (yet scored 21pts against the Skins) and who were missing their two starting corners. They beat a Jets team decimated by injuries (and barely) and the beat a Carolina team (again barely) that most people would say is not a very good football team.

Now tell me who have the Skis played. The same could be said of the Cowboys...beating the Skins, Cardinals, and Falcons ..the Skins being the only team with a winning record.
