This next week's game will be more competitive than the last Falcon
game. The Falcons will be a little fresher than they were 3 weeks ago,
because they won't be coming off of a Monday Night. The Falcons
defensive coaches will know Martz better and they will start to have a
book on Warner. If they don't get a full game out of Chandler, it
won't make any difference though---winning with Graziani is just about
as tough as trying to win with Tony Banks.

Up front,  our defensive line will dominate their offensive line. The
Falcons running game will be better than what we saw in the first
game. Falcons coaches have a little more time to figure out what they
want to do now that Anderson is out...but they are still faced with
the fact our defensive front is stronger than their offensive front.

In my opinion our defensive line was better than their offensive line
last year.  But with Anderson in the backfield and Tony Martin a deep
threat, our coaches had trouble putting this strength to good use.
Chandler would unload so quick to Martin we couldn't get to him,  and
in my opinion our coverage people were intimidated by Martin's speed.

Nothing about the Falcons receivers will scare anybody this year. They
are possession guys---they will make catches, but they are not likely
to hit us for the big one. This year, all three of our receivers are
faster than either of the Falcon receivers, plus Warner & Martz are
spreading the ball so well. Warner like Chandler last year is almost
always throwing into the weakness of the coverage and I think his
placement of the ball against single coverage is outstanding.

We just need a workman like effort this week. Players shouldn't be
fooled by how easy it seemed last time.
