So pretty much, whoever you are that made this...thank you! Probably won't stay permanent...there is more than Tori to me or my life (heaven forbid!) so when I find something else I like...could be tonight, could be tomorrow...but it probably won't be more than a week, which is about how long my desktops backgrounds last...along those lines, a few cool links to places that have *cool* stuff for backgrounds: The Astronomy Picture of the Day OK, now earthlink is *really* starting to piss me off. earthlink, then microsoft, then netscape...who's the culprit for this one?
My guess is microsoft since rebooting makes the links work again, but disconnecting/restarting
netscape doesn't do SHIT.
1445 Finished up the 80-PAX portion of my class this morning...practice backing the damn thing up...I did OK once I had the thing lined up right--I'd misunderstood how he told us to do it... Driving dem things is a pain in the caboose until you get enough practice...and I need more practice. If I'm lucky, of course, I'll never get, nor need it. In a little bit I hafta run out and pick up a humidor...While in Myrtle Beach I picked up half a box of Don Thomas--there's this little cigar store near the House of Blues that carries them...I was gonna pick up a full still sealed box but they didn't have any--took what I can get. Right now they're in the fridgerator "crisper" to keep fresh. I was gonna get one yesterday but I was too lazy. I was also gonna wash and wax my car... it's not the washing I have an aversion to, it's the waxing...Oh yeah, not to mention it needs an oil change. That I'll almost certainly save for next weekend however... hmmm...exciting aren't I? Erica told me last night she met some guy from virginia
last weekend. He was in her area visiting family. Apparently

2019 Godsmack Godsmack God DAMNIT! why does everything have to be so fucking difficult with the internet as of late!!!!!!!!?????! Netscape just crashed on me and I lost aboiut five paragraphs of text here...Norton caught it crashing and so i *tried* to save the son of a bitch but it fucking wouldn't take, of course. Fuck I am so frustrated fuck it all to shit. So here it goes again, short and less involved since I just don't fell like typing everythign out again. I went out and got no humidor since all the ones I saw were too expensive. I picked up blank CDs to "repay" rich. I got cigarettes cuz I'm lonely and feeling weak. I got alcohol (Dickell) becasue i felt like a drink and a cigar. I had leftover thanksgiving dinner and still hafta do the dishes. I got out of class early but got stuck at work cuz I had a couple things to do and my boss detained me for about another 45 minutes to ask me an ISP question I had no way to really answer except to say "call tech support". I justy got an email from earthlink tech support saying I was having problems becasue I didn't have all my clients and adapters and fuck not installed, which is balderdash. Plus now I've been gotten someone elses email message and someone else got one I was trying to send to another email account of my own to test something. and this damn new format makes me space the first frame manually every time I reopen the page to edit. OK, so maybe I need a bit more whiskey and coke to settle down. Fuck it if I ain't lighting up a Marlboro Light though... Tomorrow is the 525 MI holiday Ball and that should be cool--picked up my ticket today. It's a six dollar cost but our unti raised enough in fund raisers to cover everyone in the unit..wahoo! Too bad the bar is not hosted... This CD is good stuff!! I highly recommend it to other hardcore/metal lovers :) I'm glad I got a chance to see this band in a small place like the HOB...I know they've already shared the ampitheater stages with Ozzy and such... and there's a hidden "track"! I LOVE hidden tracks! I'm scanning a couple things this evening to be included
sometime in the near future...nothing super exciting but it'll add some
spice to the page. The plain blue backdrop and just words lately
has been so *blah*
OK, so I've calmed down a bit now...*whew* and of course I talked a brief bit about other journals I've been reading as of late...but made no links to them...so here's a hastily constructed link to a links page... Oh and the "books" page is up and "running" hmmm...guess that's about it for now...time to upload
