  I show very little (3-4/year; this year an exception), bringing very few animals (5)  each time. Each rabbit gets shown at around 5 months and 7 months, and is then retired.
   B/c of this, not many of my animals have acheived 3 legs. Just b/c of this scenario it doesn't mean my animals are not of quality. I just don't see the sense is spending *loads* of money per show to prove to others what I know to be true!
    If I use them in my breeding program, you can know they have something that is correcting a trait I don't appreciate in my line. ie: They are useful.

The Nov. 22nd/03 Monroe show was CRAZY! So many breeders and judges I'd never met, let alone seen. I heard it was larger then WA Convention! Awesome competition!
