My Thoughts On...
Abortion: Not a form of birth control, and I've never had one so I don't know what it's like for the mother. However, I would rather be dead than live in substandard, hostile conditions where I felt unwanted and unloved, so I am for the right to choose. Drugs: In today's ignorant world, it is completely understandable why so many people fall victim to the alluring and numbing effects of drugs--whether taking them, selling them, or both. Still, there are definitely better ways to solve one's problems, and I will always choose and encourage the healthier way. Gays: Whatever floats your boat--just don't try to sink your ship in my ocean. Religion: I do not believe that there is a specific set of rules to abide by, so I don't consider myself a part of any certain religion. Rather, I believe that if one is genuinely a good-hearted person, they will eventually get what they have coming to them, and the same to a person of less character. (I know, I know, some of you are thinking, "Well if she doesn't believe in a specific set of rules, then to her, what is good and what is bad?" Well, you are probably the same person that believes that thou shalt not judge, and then turns around and condemns homosexuality.) Communism: Unfortunately, the United States gets closer and closer to this every day. Pretty soon, we're going to be butt buddies with Cuba, and we're going to end up with cigars in places we didn't even know they'd fit. War in Iraq: I fully support President Bush and our troops. I think we have been bending over and taking it up the ass from other nations for way too long, for no particular reason. We have the power to defend ourselves and defeat any other country--so why should we let ourselves be bullied? I am fully aware of the fact that people would rather give you their opinion than listen to yours--that's why I had to build my own webpage for it. However, being the wonderful and generous goddess I am, I am always open to a good argument if you would like to express your opinion about the above controversial situations, or any others, for that matter. If you would like me to add my opinion on a subject of your choice to this page, please let me know-- I'll be more than happy to do just that.
