Bulma is the daughter of Dr. Briefs, mother to Trunks and Bra, and Vegeta's wife-I think. She first appears in Dragonball, where she played a bigger role, but is still useful in DBZ. She invented the Dragon Radar and in the alternate timeline, invented a time travel machine. She is immature, bossy, and gets angry a lot.

Chi Chi is the daughter of Ox King, mother to Goten and Gohan, and Goku's wife. She first appears in Dragonball. She is overprotective of her kids and is always worried about their educations. She can be almost scary when she gets mad, and I personally give her the title of the most powerful being in the universe. Why? Well, Goku is the most powerful, but Chi Chi can boss him around.

Videl is the daughter of Mr. Satan, mother of Pan, and Gohan's wife. She first meets Gohan in high school and discovers he is the Great Saiyaman. Gohan teaches her to fly and she becomes Great Saiyaman 2.

Mr. Satan is Videl's father. After the defeat of Cell he told the world he defeated Cell and got all the credit. He is not even close to being as powerful as any of the Saiya-jins, and his strongest attack is a normal punch, with a really long, riduculous name.

Kami is/was Earth's guardian. He was the good half of Piccolo Daemon. During the Cell saga he fused with Piccolo.

Dende is a small Namek who became Kami after Kami fused with Piccolo. He is one of the sons of Guru. He first appeared in the Frieza saga. Dende modified the Dragonballs, so they grant two wishes.

Yajirobi is a fat guy who lives on Korin's tower. He is a coward and usually not helpful, though he helped in the Saiya-jin saga. He often delivers senzu beans to the Z gang.

Korin is a white cat who lives in a tower. He grows the senzu beans.-Woo! Great description, isn't it? ^_^

King Kai is a short blue catfishy guy who lives on his own planet at the end of Snake Way. He trained Goku in the art of Kao Ken and taught Goku the Genki Dama. He also trained Yamcha, Tien, Chaotsu, and Piccolo. He lives witha monkey named Bubbles and a cricket guy named Gregory, and has a horrible sense of humor. All those lame jokes! @_@

King Enma is the Lord of the Underworld and judges the people who die and decides where they're going. He is HUGE and I think he can hear people's thoughts...

Dr.Briefs is Bulma's father. He has this cute little cat around him all the time, I think her name is Scratch. He is very useful, as he makes capsules, can build/rebuild spaceships, and make gravity training rooms.

Mrs. Briefs is a ditzy blond who seems to magically come up with drinks. No one knows her real name, but I'm calling her Mrs. Briefs anyway...

Pan is Gohan and Videl's daughter. She never goes Super Saiya-jin or is ever as strong as the other Saiya-jins. She caused a lot of problems in GT, when she snuck aboard Trunks' and Goku's spaceship.

Bra is the daughter of Vegeta and Bulma and Trunks' sister. She isn't really in to fighting and hangs around her mother a lot.

Maron is #18 and Krillin's daughter. I really don't know all that much about her though...

Turtle is this big turtle who lives on Roshi's island. I think Goku gave it to Roshi, though I'm not sure...

Master Roshi is a porno-loving old man who lives on an island. He trained Ox King, Goku, and Krillin when they were younger. He made the Kamehameha attack.

Oolong is a shapeshifting pig who has a panty fetish. He even went and used the Dragonballs to wish for panties. He is a coward and avoids battles, and seems to annoy a few people-Bulma and Piccolo for example.

Puar is a kawaii little floating blue cat who hangs around with Yamcha. I'm not sure if it's a guy or a girl. Puar can also shapeshift, and much better than Oolong can.

Ox King is Chi Chi father. He is a huge man, but very nice. He trained under Master Roshi when he was young. He also trained Chi Chi.

Shenlong is the Eternal dragon. He is huge, but not as big as Porunga, the Namek dragon. Like Porunga, he seems to have a short temper and is impatient when it comes to waiting for people to make their wish.

#18 is one of Dr. Gero's androids. She started off evil, but became good, had the bomb inside of her removed, and married Krillin. She had a daughter, Maron.

#17 was also one of Dr. Gero's androids, and the brother of #18. He also became good and had the bomb inside of him removed.
