| National Hillel is a non-profit organization that oversees Hillels all over the world. National Hillel is based out of Washington, D.C (there will be new offices in the Fall, located near Chinatown). Richard Joel, the President of Jewish Campus Foundation Life, is based out of that office. National provides funding for grants, Israel trips, resources, "manpower", runs conferences and much more. | Hillel of Greater Baltimore helps oversee the Jewish life in several of the colleges and universities here in Baltimore. They work with everyone from Graduate students (T.A.G) to Big Brother/Big Sister. They are located in Pikesville right off of Reistertown Road in the Associated Satelite Building. They also assist with grants, conferences, Jewish learning, Rabbinical assistance, staff coordination and city-wide events. | UMBC Hillel provides UMBC students with a Jewish outlet and a comfortable space to be in. Currently, it has 2 full-time staff members and a space in the Math/Psych building. | |||||||||||||
