Hillel of Greater Baltimore Staff
2002-2003
David Raphael- Executive Director, David is the 'boss' of Hillel of Greater Baltimore. He runs all the staff meetings, make sure Hillel continues to exist both financially and emotionally. He cares very much about Hillel and its mission.

Beth Gansky- Associate Director, Beth is changing roles from mostly event planning and doing work on the specific campuses to doing more fundraising.

Gerri Baum- Administrative Director, Gerri is going to help you in the beginning of the year with all the thing you need to fill out (insurance, tax info, etc.)

Betsy (Elizabeth) Posner- Adminstrative Assistant, Betsy will help you with all payroll/checks/money issues you might have. Also, every week you must go in and sign your biweekly sheet stating the hours you worked or have not.

Lynn Rudman- Administrative Assistant, Lynn works on Donor Perfect (a fundraising online system), and does other critical administrative duties at HGB.

Joe Menashe-Director, John Hopkins, Joe is overseeing the building of the new Hopkins Hillel (supposed to open in the Fall of 2003).

Judith Geller- Director, Graduate Services (Twenty-somethings and Graduates), Judith is a womyn with a strong spiritual side and is very much into feminist ideologies. If you decide to do TAG (which I recommend) you will have a chance to assist her at Shabbat dinners and such.

Alison Kleiner- Senior JCSC, TAG, Ali is a great resource as a JCSC and as a friend. She can help you learn the ropes of Hillel and the JCSC fellowship.

Rabbi Rachel Hertzman- Rabbi Rachel is a campus Rabbi and if you have ever are in need of a Reform Rabbi for a student or yourself feel free to call her.

Rabbi Joe Katz- Rabbi Joe Katz is a great resource if you need a home for Shabbat or if you need the megillah read at the last minute. He will come onto campus if you
specifically call for him. He deserves the utmost respect because he has been a valued member of the Jewish community for so long.
