Change a shape to another shape

  1. Select the AutoShape  (AutoShapes: A group of ready-made shapes that includes basic shapes, such as rectangles and circles, plus a variety of lines and connectors, block arrows, flowchart symbols, stars and banners, and callouts.)that you want to change.
  2. On the Drawing toolbar (toolbar: A bar with buttons and options that you use to carry out commands. To display a toolbar, use the Customize dialog box (point to Toolbars on the View menu and click Customize). To see more buttons, click Toolbar Options at the end of the toolbar.), click Draw, point to Change AutoShape, point to a category, and then click the shape you want.

Undo and Redo - Click the backward Undo arrow to cancel the last action you performed, whether it be entering data into a cell, formatting a cell, entering a function, etc. Click the forward Redo arrow to cancel the undo action.

Insert Hyperlink - To insert a hyperlink to a web site on tthe Internet, type the text into a cell you want to be the link that can be clicked with the mouse. Then, click the Insert Hyperlink button and enter the web address you want the text to link to and click OK.

Autosum, Function Wizard, and Sorting: Autosum is use to sum the number�s or count them or show the max value etc etc. Sorting is use to sort the number�s or the name by Alphabetical by order or against the order or Alphabetic.

Zoom - To change the size that the worksheet apppears on the screen, choose a different percentage from the Zoom menu.
