In the office, there were more supervisors (offcourse have to be Libyans) than staf engineers. I had a supervisor who was really sick (mentally). I mean it mentally sick due to whatever reason he had when he was a child!!!. As far as I knew the management there decided to dismiss him (as a supervisor..!!!) because they couldn't get him out of the company (superpower..!!!).
Anyway, thanks god I'm out of it before I become one of them. Now I hope I can settle down in Calgary without any more travelling.
