Who Am I?

I bet, by now, you're wondering what kind of wacko is behind the making of this site, right? If you're not ready for a bit of backround here, you should probably not be here. :)I am a writer, a student, a man in the working class, a friend. I am also, as you have probably already figured out, a dragon. Among various other things, of course.

Before I go on, there's one thing you must understand about me. I am definitely not normal. While my peers (you know those people who say they're your friends, until you fall into troubling times?) were watching football games and playing them, I was pretending I was a magic-slinging wizard against all odds. While they were dating, I was getting closer to my spiritual side, and my spirit guide. While they were at beer parties, I was trying to meditate.I'd always felt that I was different, even at the young age of 5.

Not more than three years ago, I was pretty much like you. Wondering who I am, where I'm going, and what the hell the void that I felt so fervently in my soul was. Approximately 3 years ago, I found Silver RavenWolf's TeenWitch, a book describing the very essence of the religion of Wicca/WitchCraft. Now I had found my religion, but still the void was not filled. Still there was something missing and it was tearing me apart.

Finally, after months of endless searching and sleepless nights and prayer, after I had joined several mailing lists (which, btw, you can find on my "Links" page), I found Baxil's Draconity FAQ ( http://www.ecis.com/~ddragon/faq/ ). After reading it, I was pretty sure that it was me. But I still had my doubts. Now, right now, you may be going through the same thing. Being 85% sure that you're this Otherkin or that Otherkin species, but wanting to be 100% sure. And I've got to tell you this - no site, no matter how grand, can tell you that. If it feels right and good - if you're happy with what you are - then it's probably fitting for you.
