The Last Pub is a pure imagination of an Old Pub that was built on the formerly gas station. The owner keep the old gas pump as an outdoor decoration. Besides, 1952 Harley Davidson Panhead Model and 1945 Harley Davidson WLA Model make the pub looks greater. The Pub's name is 66 bikers. Many travelers exclusively bikers feel "have to" stop in this pub to take some rest and drinks. In this story, 66 bikers is the only remaining pub that still operates. It's located on the old route 66 roadside somewhere in Texas State. From its architectural model, it tooks a traditional American building that use wood as the main material.

Texas ... yeah ... Texas!!! From the distance, he sees an orange big billboard .. 66 bikers. The portrait of a cowboy thing catch his eyes. The sound of horse thing tickling his ears. That day, after riding his RoadKing for quiet long time, Al firmly park his RoadKing in front of Pub. He decide to directly get in The Pub. But, he still doesn’t believe what he sees. Is it still open? He tries to look around just to make sure ... and ... yeah it’s open. Oh my God. It’s still open. He can’t wait no more to rush inside. Thank God, finally you realize my dream. It’s been a very long time I want to see a place like this. I want to feel The Real American Beat. The Real American Spirit. It gives me a great feeling. Thank God.

Pride .. yes .. pride can make someone always fight and survive, chasing a better life. Here, pride of having a great culture and tradition can be a very positive support for a person, a society, a nation or even a country to always built and develop it. The pride of having a great culture closely depends on the way the societies maintaining its culture. The harder the society keeping and building its culture, the better living welfare the society will get. I have a very good example that can explain how this effort can be so fruitful. Harley Davidson, the trademark of the American Motorcycle industry has been so fruitful today. This outcome does not come out just like that. This fruit is the outcome of a very long process that involve pride of a culture and tradition. Of course, the process has to be supported by all including The Company, The Government of America and Many Harley Davidson Enthusiast Associations all around the world. Of course this is not an easy struggling effort in the world of tight competition. This is gonna be so tearful, exhausting and also spending money and time. Once again, the harder the society keeping and building its culture the better living welfare the society will get.

The Mother Road, a great name of the first American Highway System can’t be separated from the name Harley Davidson. Both of them has built America together. The need of feeling pride of a culture and tradition must be raised if America doesn’t want to loose one of its great icon.
