QUILL   NEWS
Site Specific project , brought about some exciting results.  We as a group enjoyed working on this and towards the final presentations in Oct. 2005 and Nov 2005. The first one was shown at the Time and Tide museum in Great Yarmouth and the second was at Wensum Lodge in Norwich.
With the help of a writer ie. Rupert Mallin
and a photographer Robert West, we produced a script and photographs containing an account of what it must have been like to live in the "Rows"
As a result of research into the "Kittywitch Row"  we were drawn into some acting out of the legend of the "Kittywitch" women and how they dressed up and begged money from the townsfolk.  A dvd. was made of 7 or 8 of our members parading the town and chanting , banging musical instuments etc.   This dvd was shown at our presentation of Site Specific at The Time and Tide museum  in Great Yarmouth on Oct 28th 2005.  There are plans for the dvd to be shown and used for other presentations in the near future.
