Advanced Techniques

Here is a suggestion that I have found usefull in my game:

• Have on hand two different colored cards (I use white and red cards) one of each color for each player. If the player needs to ask a question, or say anything out of character, she raises the red card. If the story is becoming to intense, or the player's startingto take things personally, or the storyteller is getting wacked out ... she raises the white card. Players should be informed that these cards should be used as sparingly as possible since frequent use could disrupt the rythme of the story.
