Welcome to Quailridge

Built in 1967, QuailRidge House is a classic Okanagan summer house of 2000 square feet on two levels. It contains three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen, living room, family room, two large fireplaces and a wrap- around deck. It is situated on 3 acres overlooking the village of Naramata with a breath-taking view of the whole southern end of Lake Okanagan. There are over twenty fruit trees including cherry, peach, plum, apple and pear as well as walnut and hazlenut trees. Our neighbours are a pear orchard to the North, a vineyard to the East and a cherry orchard below us to the West.

Naramata is located in the heart of the Okanagan Valley, making any destination in wine country within easy driving distance. Naramatans enjoy summers like those in the Napa Valley, scenery reminiscent of southern Italy and the relaxed atmosphere of a comfortable West Coast village. There is a deliberately understated worldliness to the village with many excellent amenities such as the Naramata Heritage Spa and Naramata Centre. Neighbourhood vineyards number over a dozen and have been internationally lauded for their wines. We are sure you will quickly discover your favourites among them.

This gorgeous property is only 3 minutes to the beach yet so secluded that your privacy will only be interrupted by the occasional rustling of quails, the chirping of crickets or perhaps a pheasant calling in the distance.
