My goal for 2004 (as it was for 2003, 2002, 2001....) was to finish up that stack of UFO's sitting in the closet. It went a bit more slowly than one would expect, mainly because I kept starting NEW stuff! (Click on [most] any picture to see an enlarged copy)
Maybe the last thing I finished in 2004 - A gift for my in-laws. Keith had a lot of input into this one!
The first of 3 I did this year; this one spawned the need to create a pattern and teach classes - our whole neighborhood is looking good!
Another of the Bargello Flag wallhangings. (I have one more that's partially finished!)

Here's one of the class samples from the Beginning Quilting classes I teach in my community. Again, I made it harder than it needed to be; very simple piecing, but very complicated machine quilting!
Here's some of that machine quilting on the back of the class sample...
Wonderfully easy and satisfying wallhanging. I did, however, need to go shopping for more pink fabrics after this one!
Oh, the lovely and inspiring cats! Four friends made this quilt (at least once!) and they all turned out so incredibly different!
"The Big Bang" I was being clever when I named it and now I've forgotten why! The 4 blocks were made back when my concept of *square* was quite different from what it is now. The blocks are actually appliqued onto the quilt! Quilted heavily (as is now the norm).
A Fat Quarter Quilt - Went together fairly quickly, didn't even dent my stash.
A large wallhanging for my grandkids' living room. Someday it will have a matching 'something' to go with it (and that's all I'm saying for now!).
Gosh, this one was started years and years and years ago. Back when I didn't know much about what I was doing. Theoretically, it was to be for my son but he's WAY past this kinda thing (for now).
