Acupressure
Acupressure
is also a non-invasive form of Chinese medicine that involves
stimulating energy points to bring balance to the internal
organs. When combined with qi gong or used alone, it can
provide a powerful healing tool to overcoming illness, chronic
pain, or simply maintaining strong health through relaxation.

What to Expect
in a Session
All
session work is done with the client fully clothed. Sessions
are usually one hour unless other arrangements have been made.
An
appointment includes assessment through discussion and
energetic palpation, qi gong and acupressure tablework that is
performed primarily off-the-body, and some instruction of
qigong movements or meditations as homework.
Session
work can be very deep and profound. Plan for quiet time after
your session. Please eat lightly after a session, drink plenty
of water, and avoid alcoholic beverages the rest of the day.
This will help your body to process toxins.
