| Why Did We Choose The Name "Prayer Warriors Enhancement Center"? A team of people began praying for the community and the needs of the community from our founder's home in 1994. We became aware of the needs of the underprivileged and less fortunate in the city, and decided that it was not enough to just pray for the needs of the people, but to meet the needs of the people. So we organized our first food pantry and began delivering food to local churches and parks in the city. As we continued to grow, we opened up our first community food bank named "Bread of Heaven" at the PW Enhancement Center. Since then, our supportive services has grown extensively to include employment assistance and youth programs always with a focus on the under-privileged. |
