Circle of Magic Summaries

Sandry's Book
Sandry, a noble girl, is locked in nothing more than a closet, deprived of light except a piece of string that she made glow. She is rescued and sent to Winding Circle, a place for mages. Daja, a trader who has been disowned by her people for being the lone survivor of a shipwreck is sent to live at Winding circle also, for her gift with metal. Brair, a street rat has been caught stealing three times, that means work at the docks or some other horrible place, his only comfort in jail is a pile of moss that he grew, he is sent to Winding circle for his tie to plants. And last but not least Tris, a merchant girl who was passed around by her family who called her a witch and unnatural is sent to live at Winding Circle because when she gets upset anything can happen, from hail, to winds, to lightning. These four youngsters have extraordinary magic but can they all learn to co-exhist together?

Tris's Book
After the big earthquake Winding Circle and all of Emelan is vulnerable to an attack by Pirates. The young mages; Sandry, with her weaving magic, Tris, gifted with weather magic, Daja, with metal magic and Briar, plant magic, are forced to fight to protect their community. Tris's cousin comes to visit telling her that she should return to the family that gave her up but she can't leave her friends in a time when their home is in danger. The pirates have a new powerful weapon that has the power to destroy all of Winding Circle, can Tris learn to control her powers and can the other mages pull together to save the day once again?




Daja's Book
Forest fires and droughts plauge Gold Ridge so the The Winding Circle Mages are sent to see if they can help. They soon realize their magic is getting tangled and mixed up. Sandry uses fire while Brair destroys a flower with lightning and Daja creates a vine plant made out of iron. The four struggle to gain control and seperate their powers and when Trader's come back into her life Daja must fight to put her past behind her and secure the safety of Gold Ridge






Briar's Book
When plant mage, Briar visits a near by town he meets up with a friend who has been struck by a mysterious illness. Soon, others show symptoms of the disease Briar and his teacher Rosethorn are quarantined, thus unable to return to Winding Circle where his friends are doing their best to help with the epidemic in their own ways. When Rosethorn becomes sick will Briar be able to save her?
