Tie all the ingrediants up in a piece of light blue or white cloth. Hang the sachet on a bed post or somewhere on the bed near your head.
Travel Protection

Tie all the ingrediants up in a piece of white or yellow cloth. Carry the sachet with you when traveling. For extra protection add a sachet to each of your suitcases.
