| Here are the rules which everyone WILL follow, even the Administrators and Moderators. These rules are strict to make the game fair, but fun for everyone. Please follow them. ----------------------------------------------------------- First things first, the people in charge of enforcing these rules are The moderators and administrators, as well as the Police. ----------------------------------------------------------- I. Punisherment for not following the rules. A. First Time Offenders get a warning. B. Second Time Offenders get TWO weeks suspension. C. Third Time Offenders get Banned from the game **Offenders will have a hearing after the second time to see if the punishment can be lightened, depending on the offense.** ------------------------------------------------------------ Weapon Limitations Punishers: 7 Guns Reaping Guns Generals: 7 Guns [Including leader] Henchmen: 5 Guns Cops: 3 Guns Other Gangs: 3 Guns [Including Leader] Civilans: 2 Guns and a licence for both. Explosivs have limits too. Only 3 grenades per person and 2 claymores. You can carry 2 frenades if you have the maxium ammount of guns or 1 claymore. ------------------------------------------------------------- Fighting There is no set place for fighting like in some RPGs. In Punisher X, you can fight in allies, bars, houses, on the street, even in jail! Also, if you are in an alley, fighting, you can use your surroundings to your advantage. Say there is a garbage can near you and you have been disarmed, then you can pick it up and use it. All T1 Rules apply in this game. If you do not know Type One, then our instructor, Revel, will teach you. A note, do not piss Revel off or he will not teach you. Here are some T1 Tips if you need help understanding them. If you are going to use a gun in a brawl, you need atleast one prep before firing it. - After being knocked down by his opponent, Revel, he slowly stands up. After wiping some blood from his mouth, and dusting off his trench coat, he says; "Nice One," In a low tone. Then, without warning, and in one quick motion, he unholsters one of his twin .45 pistols and brings it up, aiming for Revel's Head. -Steadying his arm, and looking down the stainless steel sight rail of his .45, he puts pressure on the trigger. With little strength, he squeezes off several rounds from his fifteen round clip at his opponent, who stands only a few feet away from him, even closer with his arm extended. Also, you would have to reload after the clip or magazine is spent. Just like in real life. There is, as you read, a limitation on the amount of bullets you can fire in one post. The limit is five. Eventually i will have stats on the amount of bullets each gun has. Here is a prep for reloading. -After pulling the trigger of his .45 pistol a few times, he hears the clicking sound indicating that he is out of bullets. As he reaches into his trench coat, he presses the button that releases the clip from the pisto grip. It begins to slide out of the grip flawlessly as he brings out a new, fully loaded one. After the spent clip bounces on the ground with a metallic thud, he pushes the fresh one p the pistol grip and pulls back the hammer to put a bullet in the chamber. --------------------------------------------------------------- Starting Off When you first start off with your character, you have $1000 which you can either desposit into the Lunara City Bank, buy yourself a handy new gun, or just keep. You also start off with a 9mm Beretta, depending on what your character is. You have a choice to sell it on the black market, or to a gun shop. You get two extra fresh clips for it as well. Gun Shops are located through out the city of Lunara where you can buy the guns listed. Certain shops carry certain type of guns. Meaning you can't buy a An94 Assualt Rifle at a shop that carries only handguns. The owners of the Gun Shops will make their own, REASONABLE, prices. You can also purchase munitions from the shop. Now, be realistic on how much ammuntion you can carry. Don't go around with fifty pounds of fifty caliber bullets and expect to win a fight. You may carry only five rifle magazines and five clips for pistols. ---------------------------------------------------------------- God Moding This is the single most important rule in any T1 based RPG. NO GOD MODING!!! Penalties for God Moding are severe. Also, God Moding makes the game no fun for those on the flip side. If caught god moding in a fight, he or she is automatically suspended for two and a half weeks. If caught again, then it results in being BANNED from Punisher X. PLEASE DO NOT GOD MOD! IT IS NOT FUN AND MAKES YOU LOOK LIKE A COWARD! |
