VISION    
The Lyceum of Batangas, an institution of higher learning founded in 1966, envisions itself as the center of academic excellence in the Southern Luzon area. Imbued with the ideals of Jose P. Laurel on God-centeredness love for truth, assertive nationalism, Filipinism, social justice and economic productivity, the Lyceum of Batangas pursues the development of the integral Filipin who is committed to the service of God and country (Pro deo et patria).
MISSION
The Lyceum of Batangas shall be the leading center in higher education in the Southern Tagalog region. It shall create an atomosphere that is conducive to quality learning through human resource development, acess to advanced education, information and communications technologies, and cooperative endeavours with other institutions.
In line with its academic mission, it shall develop God-fearing, self-reliant, environmental conscious, and globally competitive Lyceans in the field of arts, sciences, business, health care, maritime and technology education. As a catalyst of social transformation and custodian of Batangas cultre and education and heritage, it shall actively support an integrated research and sustainable community service program.
    The College of Phyisical Therapy aims to produce quality, competent, moral, ethical, service-oriented physical therapists responsive to the changing needs of the society. As a disability-oriented college, it seeks to help the country uplift the status of the Filipino disabled through research and service activities. It aims to provide its students with solid foundation upon which their individual careers may grow.
     The College envisions the physical therapy graduates to become competent professionalswho are able to give quality patient care and gain a high degree of competence outside of their Alma Mater, not only as a physical therapist, but also as administrators, teachersand researchers.
     The College envisions itself to be an institution that could provide a conducive environment for learning, training and research.
    The College of Medical Technology is designed to ensure the development of competent medical technologists who have acquired the necessary knowledge, skills and proficiency needed in the laboratory practices that wil be used in the diagnosis, prognosis and treatment of diseases and the ethical values, whcih are needed in the pursuance of over-all social, mental and physical health of the community and country.It aims to promote and foster their growing zeal and attitude towwards service, develop fundamental qualities of character essential to the practice of the profession and to keep apace with the demands in the medical technology profession
   The Radiologic Technology progranis dedicated to the integration of cliical, didactic and laboratory objectives to successfully develop student's cognitive, psychomotor and affective domains necessary for the quality and safety of patient care in the radiation and imaging services. The Radiologic Technology program strives to enhance its role as a principal community resource by providing programs of continuing and in-service education to both individual and collective needs.
