Senior Housing Counselor (supervisor)                                                                      

Senior Housing Counselor supervisor for a major renovation project, which necessitates the relocation of tenants occupying approximately 431 units in Arlington County.   The relocation assistance consists of providing alternative housing options to the residents affected by the renovations.  There are a substantial number of units that are occupied by households whose primary language is Spanish.  Many of these immigrant households have little or no experience with the tenant application process (i.e., income requirements, credit approval, employment verification, and references).

Manage on –site operations of relocation services

Hires train and supervise on site staff

Establish on-site procedures

Prepares staffing schedule to ensure six day per week service availability

Work closely with property management team

Assist property management staff in the coordination of tenant meetings

Prepare monthly tracking reports
