Working in scientific teams of four, you will select and research an ecosystem.  Your team will write a four to five page paper and prepare a five to ten minute oral presentation with visual aids on the biome.  Access will be given to the library, computer lab and art materials.  Scientist will have access to the eighth grade teachers and the librarian.  These are your goals for the project:
    1. Develop skills needed for team work.
    2. Use and improve research skills.
    3. Use and enhance presentation skills.
    4. Create and use appropriate visual aids to support the material in presentation.
    5. Apply key concepts need to understand biomes and how biomes work.
