Watermelon Slush

8 cups cubed seeded watermelon
1/4 cup sifted powdered sugar
1 6oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate

Place watermelon cubes in a large bowl, cover and freeze until firm.
Process half of frozen watermelon, half of powdered sugar, and half of
lemonade concentrate in the blender until smooth, Stopping once to
scrape down sides. Transfer to large pitcher, repeat steps with
remaining ingredients. Serve immediately. Makes 7 cups

Pineapple Velvet

1 6oz. can of frozen lemonade concentrate
1 1/2 cups ice cubes
1 pint pineapple sherbet
1 10oz can ginger ale

Process first 3 ingredients in blender until smooth, stopping once to
scrape down sides. Spoon into pitcher, stir in ginger ale.
Serve immediately. Makes 5 cups

Peppermint Cooler

3/4 cup vanilla low-fat ice cream
3/4 cup skim milk
5 peppermint candies
Ice cubes

Process first 3 ingredients in blender until smooth, stopping once to
scrape down sides. Add enough ice to bring mixture to 2 cup level.
Process until smooth, scraping down sides.
Makes 2 cups

Mocha Hazelnut Decadence

1 cup strong coffee, cool
9 ice cubes
4 tsp powdered hazelnut creamer
1 cup skim milk
2 tablespoons powdered cocoa
Splenda to taste

Put in blender, blend until smooth. Freeze for a short time for
milkshake consistency.
3 points for all.
