Delta Omicron is the local chapter of Pi Sigma Epsilon, a national professional fraternity in marketing, sales management, and selling, at Alverno College. This chapter was chartered in October 1989 with sponsorship from Sales and Marketing Executives of Milwaukee and is the first chapter of PSE at an all-women's college.

The Delta Omicron Chapter provides the opportunity to gain practical business experience through projects in sales, research, and service. These experiences help in developing communication, management, and organizational skills. Leadership abilities can be developed by holding an officer position by serving as a committee chairperson. Speakers, workshops, and social events also help to maximize the education and experience of the membership. Through chapter involvement, Delta Omicron members can become more valuable employees and gain the "professional edge" to succeed in their chosen careers.
