Education:

BA in Mass Communications from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee; currently working on a Ph.D. in Management via distance learning at California Coast University.

Career History:

Marketing, advertising, and public relations positions with firms such as Stroh Brewing in Detroit and W.H. Brady, Jos. Schlitz Brewing, Andrews/Mautner Advertising, McDonald Davis Advertising, and Russ Darrow Automotive Group in Milwaukee. Carol has also taught business courses at Mt. Mary College and is currently an Assistant Professor of Business and Management at Alverno College in Milwaukee.

With little computer knowledge Carol became involved with Data Direct in 1993 to help a friend with his home-based computer consulting business. Carol purchased the firm in 1994, when he moved out of state. As president of the firm, targeted to the smaller business marketplace, current responsibilities include planning and direction, business process reengineering, data process consulting, computer training and software customization.
