complete with TWINS!! 
Ladybug put us all on alert during lunch at the Habitat for Humanity building site . . . Moose Alert! The cameras all came out in a flash (punny, punny) and we watched this Mama and her twins come closer to us through the woods.
We made sure all of the dogs were on leash and under control . . . then aimed, and shot film and digital as the moose meandered through a yard and across a road right in front of us.
That is an SUV behind the moose - sort of gives you an idea of just how big the critters are. This Mama is a bit on the skinny side. That, I would imagine, is partially due to nursing twins.
