Front Suspension
Honestly, there isn't that much to tell for the front suspension.  It was a very straight forward rebuild.  Each part was sandblasted to bare metal and then primed with lacquer primer.  Parts were then sanded with 400 grit paper and sprayed with black acrylic enamel.  All moving parts, from the steering rack assembly to the thrust bearings at the top of the struts, were completely dissassembled, degreased and rebuilt.  All parts susceptible to wear and tear were replaced.  The list of replaced parts includes:
> MSA Performance Springs
> Tokico Struts
> Bendex Rotors
> Urethane Bushings Throughout
> MSA End Links
> OEM Lower Ball Joints, Outer Tie Rods, Wheel Bearings, Seals
> OEM Strut Dust Boots and Rack Boots
Mistakes
I only made three mistakes (that I've caught so far) on the front suspension.  (1) And by far the worst, is that I put the primer and paint on way too thick on many of the parts.  When I began
reassembly, the paint cracked and chipped in a number of areas, requiring unsightly touch-up.  (2)  I wish I had done the suspension parts in powder coating - it's just plain more durable.  (3) I stipped the bolts of their anodizing finish during cleaning - can you say wirebrush?.  The only solution is to replace them or re-anodize them.
Rear Suspension
The rear suspension is still on the bench.  Here are a couple of before shots.
